The Student Insurance fee is 1,12 euros.
Student insurance is governed by Act of 17 July 1953 (Spanish Official Gazette - BOE of 18 July), as well as by the R.D. 1633/1985 of 28 August, which establishes the amount thereof.
Student insurance is compulsory for all students at the University of Deusto, provided that they meet the requirements specified for this purpose. The annual fee is paid on enrolment for each academic year. This insurance policy provides coverage in case of accidents, surgery, etc, and financial assistance in case of family misfortune.
School insurance covers all Spanish and foreign students enrolled in a Spanish University, and with legal residence in Spain. Students must be under 28 during the year of enrolment, and registered on a first, second or third cycle degree.
