Fee implications of cancellation of enrolment
Applications for cancellation of enrolment submitted within the corresponding enrolment deadline or within 10 days after the deadline will be exempt from payment or, if applicable, will be entitled to a full fee refund (except pre-enrolment fees, if applicable).
First semester subjects
Following expiry of the previous deadline, applications for cancellation of enrolment submitted prior to 8 October will be exempt from payment of tuition fees for the subjects concerned. Applications submitted from 8 October to 7 November will be charged 50% of the corresponding tuition fees. Cancellations requested after the closing date will not be eligible for refunds or reductions in fees.
Second semester subjects
Applications for cancellation of enrolment submitted prior to 7 March will be exempt from payment of tuition fees for the subjects concerned. Applications submitted from 7 March to 7 April will be charged 50% of the corresponding tuition fees. Cancellations requested after the closing date will not be eligible for refunds or reductions in fees.
Yearly subjects
Cancellations for enrolment submitted before 8 October will be exempt from payment of tuition fees for the subjects concerned. Applications for cancellation submitted prior to 8 October and before second semester classes begin will be charged 50% of the tuition fees. Subsequent cancellations will not receive any refund or reduction in fees.
Fee implications of extending enrolment
An additional administration fee of 25% of the total for the corresponding credits will be applied for enrolment after the deadline.
