Languages

Students have the opportunity to earn some of their credits in Basque and/or English.

Students choose their subjects in Spanish, Basque and/or English on a yearly basis. Each year, students choose a language track (Spanish, Basque or English) to enrol in the subjects offered during the academic year in the language they select.

The Basque language

Students coming from areas other than the Basque Autonomous Community may be exempt from the Basque language requirement. Students who have justified reasons and receive the approval for exemption from the University may also complete the same number of credits in another language instead of Basque.
