Access to Third-Cycle Programmes. PhD Programmes


In addition to its professional focus aimed at providing specialist training, the Master's in Governance for Sustainable Urban Development also has a research approach. The latter offers the possibility of acquiring research capacity based on areas of knowledge focused on the challenges posed by the governance of sustainable development in cities, in any of its environmental, economic, social or cultural spheres. Students pursuing this Master's degree may access third cycle studies in different branches of knowledge. As part of the University of Deusto's doctoral programmes, it is possible to access the various programmes currently available, but those more related to the degree are: PhD programme in Human Rights: Ethical, Social and Political Challenges; and PhD Programme in Leisure, Culture and Communication for Human Development .
